Why this data is novel
Public and fleet-derived driving datasets over-represent North American and Western European road conditions. This program class captures the road environments those corpora miss, under a buyer-defined capture specification rather than opportunistic collection.
Source methodology and collection context
Professional drivers within established consumer platform networks opt into a defined capture program. Hardware is dispatched or existing dashcams are qualified against the capture specification. Telemetry is time-synchronized to video where specified.
Composition (organic-data statement)
Human-generated, non-synthetic capture from real vehicles in live traffic. Any AI-assisted processing (for example plate or face blurring, or machine-assisted annotation) is disclosed in the dataset card.
Public availability and prior licensing

Rights and permitted uses
Participants opt in to the declared purpose at task acceptance. Rights basis, permitted model uses and any exclusivity terms are documented per program before activation.
Privacy, PII and de-identification
Jurisdiction-specific privacy review before activation. In-cabin audio is excluded unless every party opts in and the jurisdiction review clears capture. PII treatment (plates, faces, location traces) is defined in the capture specification.
Quality, acceptance criteria and known limitations
Two-stage verification: automated checks plus independent adjudication against acceptance criteria agreed in writing before activation. Submitted and accepted volumes are reported separately.
Delivery
Secure transfer with versioned manifests and checksums; consent attestation and rejection analysis accompany every delivery.
Commercial structure
