Terms of use
This site describes the design and standards of the Kivotos data-production and licensing system. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a representation of operational history, or a commitment to specific delivery terms. Dataset listings state their availability status explicitly; commissionable listings describe production capacity, not completed inventory.
Specifications marked “pending verification” are drafts and may change before any agreement. Commercial terms exist only in executed written agreements between Kivotos and a counterparty.
Privacy policy
This site collects only the information you submit through its forms (name, work email, organization, and the content of your request), used solely to respond to that request. Submissions are transmitted to Kivotos infrastructure and, where configured, forwarded to our customer-relationship tooling.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If privacy-conscious product analytics are enabled, they are cookie-free and aggregate. To have your submitted information corrected or deleted, email daniel@kivotos.ai with your reference ID.
Data rights inquiries
Questions regarding consent, clearance, provenance and chain-of-custody standards — from buyers, participants, or platform partners — may be directed to daniel@kivotos.ai. Provenance documentation is available under confidentiality and audit rights where a compliance obligation requires it. Participants in collection programs may exercise rights described at task acceptance through the same contact.

To report a security vulnerability or a suspected incident affecting Kivotos systems or data, contact daniel@kivotos.ai with “SECURITY” in the subject line. Reports are acknowledged promptly; please do not include sensitive data in the initial message.
